Prices

We offer a simple pricing system based on time required during an appointment.

The initial appointment is usually 60 minutes and any follow up appointments agreed depending on rehabilitation needs.

Our prices cover almost all addresses within West Lothian and Edinburgh, but there may be some additional expenses for those outside these areas (negotiable at time of booking).

Initial Assessment and Follow Up Rates will apply plus an additional negotiated rate dependent on distance and travelling time.

Payment

Once you have received your treatment you can pay by bank transfer, cash, cheque, or we can take card payments on the day.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel or change their appointment are kindly asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid full charges. We reserve the right to make a full charge for any missed appointments, late cancellations, or changes within 24 hours of a booked appointment.

We aim to be flexible and realise that living with a Neurological condition means that your symptoms can be unpredictable so ask that if you need to cancel that you give as much notice as possible to allow the appointment to be used by someone else.
